Time to feed the gull's

After a nice winter, we are sitting back watching March madness and before you know it the sun goes behind the clouds and old man wither has one last dump of that frosty white stuff for us to enjoy. As we all complain about our latest snow, we all must exercise restraint! For in just a matter of time, spring will be hear. Just look t that picture, all that bird wants is some little kid to give him some food! Restraint, forbearance, composure, self-control, in other words patience. That is one of the main attributes of 6's personality. If you doubt that all one has to do is just go to piggly wiggly with him on Saturday upon our arrival at Kiawah, or just go with him into Beachwalker when 6 goes and gets the keys to the villa, or even better, sitting for what seem to be an endless time  at the light on Rt. 17 waiting to turn south for the tree lined drive to Kiawah. 6 thinks that he may need to learn from the bird. We can all learn from are friends in the sky, they spend all day flying back and forth, just waiting for the Bundy's to come along and drop some food on the beach, or even better some young kid who parents either don't care about the kid, or are dummmmer than the bird. BTW that is the origins to the term where bird brain.  As the child realizes that if they hold up in the air some food, with in minutes the patience of the bird begins to pay off, as they signal to there friends it is feeding time, with in minutes there are a dozen birds, flying after the kid.
Well I have not heard any ideas for the year of the rooster.. you all to get thinking.

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!
As all of you may have noticed, it has been some time since I have made a post. Now that we are in the dead of winter, 6 focus has changed from hoodies to 6's famous hammer shirt, from finding boots to finding flip flops, from shoveling snow to cutting grass. From what I hear, we are on our way, most of us have  our deposits down on the villa's  and all that is left is to make those reservations for the airplane to whisk us off to paradise.
Lets see, over the past year we have seen a couple major changes! We have some new numbers 62a, and 33a (Welcome to the blog!), 6a had a major milestone birthday ( 6 still owes 32 a birthday blog), made 3 turkeys for thanksgiving and none of them were fully cooked, 6 lost a few more hairs on the top of his head. Well enough of that you all just need to read the future blogs to get more news and the useless dribble that is only logical on pizza night after the Rex bottle has been un-corked.
The picture on this blog has two different meanings, first it is for the family members to take a moment and think back of your favorite beach vacation, full of flies sun burn and sleepless nights on the beach! Second there are other beaches in the world other than Kiawah! Some beaches have real horses a- - 's other just have horses a- - 's.
Well believe it or not, 6 has to take a trip to Belk, it is not Saturday night, 6 has not consumed a bottle of Rex, and it is not the summer sale! Why 6 is going only the Lord knows, but when 6a ask's 6 does what he is told. message for 62a,ans 33a!

As this is the year of the rooster, it is a special one for the Kiawah group. (32 notice 6 did not use the term that was used in the past). To that end 6 thinks that we need to do something really NICE, don't know what that is but the next blog will focus on some ideas. Here is one off the top of my bald head. 6 understands that 21 and 21a are driving down to Kiawah this year. If we ll pitched in a few bucks, 8 will run over to home goods and he will buy that 5 foot rooster, 21 and 21a could tie it to the roof of their car and drive it down to Kiawah, we could go out and buy one of those glorious tents and put it up on the beach, put the rooster under the tend and pay homage to the year of the rooster!
