Did you know that Beachwalker park on Kiawah island it the 8 th best beach in the USA?   It is considered one of the new comers on the list of the top 10 beaches. It first made the list in 2005, and has steadily progresses to its current position.   If you remember in a previous post on the Kiawah in the news, there was a statement about how there is a big controversy brewing among the members about a new gym that they are planning on building on 6.5 acres along the Kiawah river. Well they mention this in the article, and if they build it may drop in rankings.
